Cancellation Policy   To avoid a cancellation penalty of the entire stay, you must cancel at least 30 days or more prior to arrival date.
Reservations made after 01-23-2017 are subject to the same cancellation penalty from the time of booking, and therefore cannot be cancelled at any time without penalty. If you fail to cancel and/or do not show up, you will be charged a penalty equal to the full amount of your reservation. If you check out earlier than the date booked, the hotel reserves the right to charge an Early Departure Fee of one or more nights plus tax.

Parking   Guests staying at the Deauville have a discounted rate of $25 per night and any guest attending events at the Deauville will be charged $30 per day.
Bedding Requests   Unless specifically guaranteed by the category booked, the bedding request cannot be guaranteed. Hotels do their best to honor requests based on the number of occupants included with the reservation and then the availability of bedding types on the day of arrival.
