Cancellation Policy   Deposits and/or Payments are non-refundable.
Reservations made after 04-14-2017 are subject to the same cancellation penalty from the time of booking, and therefore cannot be cancelled at any time without penalty. If you fail to cancel and/or do not show up, you will be charged a penalty equal to the full amount of your reservation. If you check out earlier than the date booked, the hotel reserves the right to charge an Early Departure Fee of one or more nights plus tax.
Changes Policy   Changes may be done either via our website or by calling 1-866-848-5509 by 04-14-2017, as long as those changes still meet any minimum stay requirements. Please do not call the hotel to make changes.

Incidentals   Upon check-in, the hotel will authorize/charge $100 per night to cover incidental charges. This authorization will be released by your bank shortly after checkout if there are no incidental charges for damages and/or room fee
Hotel Service Fee   $19 per room per night: $14 per room per night covers local/toll-free calls, wifi, wired hi-speed internet, daily Newspaper, pool/beach services, housekeeping fees. $5.00 per room per night covers World OutGames’ Official access to Pool Parties and Receptions only in the pool and outdoor areas during the weekend.

Parking   Valet parking $40 + tax per night . Pricing subject to change.
