Cancellation Policy   To avoid a cancellation penalty of 1 Night Room and Tax, you must cancel at least by 01-07-2019

Reservations made after 01-07-2019 are subject to the same cancellation penalty from the time of booking, and therefore cannot be cancelled at any time without penalty. If you fail to cancel and/or do not show up, you will be charged a penalty equal to the full amount of your reservation. If you check out earlier than the date booked, the hotel reserves the right to charge an Early Departure Fee of one or more nights plus tax.
Changes Policy   Changes may be done either via our website or by calling 954-744-8396 by 01-07-2019, as long as those changes still meet any minimum stay requirements. Please do not call the hotel to make changes.

Incidentals   Upon your check-in, you will be asked to provide $100 USD per night on a valid credit or debit card as a hold for incidentals charges.
Resort Fee   Reduced $20 daily resort fee includes: 2 welcome drinks per reservation at the Drawing Room; High speed internet access (hardwired and wireless) in guestrooms; Use of the Fitness Center, Business Center access, Local Calls, Pool & beach amenities including towels and 2 beach chairs, 4 hours of secured luggage storage, In-room safe, Daily water bottles and coffee in guestrooms, Complimentary bicycles are available for guest use on a first-come, first-serve basis
