Deposit / Pre-Payment		This reservation requires no deposit. Your credit card details are not required at the time of booking; however, you receive an email after 05-04-2026 with a link to provide your credit card details to guarantee your reservation.
Cancellation Policy		To avoid a 1 Night Room and Tax cancellation penalty, 1 Night Room and Tax, you must cancel by 05-04-2026. Reservations made after 05-04-2026 are subject to the same cancellation penalty from the time of booking. If you fail to cancel and/or do not show up, you will be charged a penalty equal to the full amount of your reservation. If you check out earlier than the date booked, the hotel reserves the right to charge an Early Departure Fee of one or more nights plus tax.
Changes Policy		Changes may be done either via our website or by calling 954-744-8396 or MF@delmaycorp.com by 05-04-2026, as long as those changes still meet any minimum stay requirements. Please do not call the hotel to make changes.

Incidentals		Upon your check-in, you will be asked to provide $150 USD per reservation on a valid credit or debit card as a hold for incidentals.

Bedding Requests		Unless specifically guaranteed by the category booked, the bedding request cannot be guaranteed. Hotels do their best to honor requests based on the number of occupants included with the reservation and then the availability of bedding types on the day of arrival.
